Crema Marfil is ideal for indoor bathroom and kitchen applications such as backsplashes, flooring, countertops and wall coverings. This material can take any type of finish, including polished, which is particularly suitable for internal use on floors and walls due to the feeling of light it creates in a room. Extraction area

The Crema Marfil marble is today extracted in several different locations. Due to the explosive demand of this stone, new quarries have appeared in different locations, mostly centered around the town of Pinoso (original extraction area of this marble). Despite this, we can consider the two most relevant areas for the extraction of Crema Marfil as:
Mount Coto (Monte Coto in Spanish), which is located around the town of Pinoso, in the region of Valencia – south-eastern of Spain. Here is where the Crema Marfil Coto is explored.
Mount Zafra (Monte Zafra in Spanish), which is located some kilometers west of Pinoso, but already in the Murcia region (south-eastern of Spain). Here is where the Crema Marfil Zafra is explored.
The town of Pinoso is located at about 60 kilometers west of the coastal city of Alicante and at about 400 kilometers south-east of the Spanish capital Madrid.
